AN EARLY TASTE OF CHRISTMAS at Berwick St James' Reading Room

There was a real buzz in the Reading Room on the 24th November as the village showed just how creative its residents are! There were plants (raising money for Cancer Research UK), and pottery, hand-sown items, home made conserves and lovely cakes - to name but a few.

The welcome was warm, the raffle had great prizes, some donated by local businesses, and very tasty mulled apple juice. Well done Berwick!
