It was a busy Easter for our church, and its hard-working team! On a very wet Maundy Thursday, Wishford primary school children dressed up as characters from the Bible, brought across the cross they had decorated, and acted out the Easter story, watched by their families and guardians.
Easter Eve, villagers gathered for a contemplative Easter Vigil, and on Easter Sunday, the church resounded to joyous hymns and praise, celebrating the risen Christ.
